The thesis is devoted to the development and substantiation of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of management of innovation-active machine-building enterprises. In the work the conceptual framework of the definition of innovation active machine-building enterprises, theoretically generalized and singled out the parts of the innovation process of their work, among them it is selected as the most important the production process and technology of its implementation. The features that identify the management of innovation-active machine-building enterprises are defined and the conceptual schemes of management of their activities are formed. In order to identify objectively the most efficient scenario of manufacture of innovative products it is presented a generalized criterion. It is grounded the scenario of introduction of new innovative products using models of portfolio of innovation-active machine-building enterprise.
