Essay

The dissertation is devoted research of theoretical and applied aspects of enhancement of investment policy at mesolevel (regional level). It is conducted dynamic cauterization of regions of Ukraine which shows as the investment climate in various regions was formed and gives the chance to develop effective investment projects which cover some regions of Ukraine. Theoretical approaches to an estimation of appeal of the investment project at mesolevel on the basis of production function use are improved. The theoretical model of the investment structure providing optimum parameters of economic development at mesolevel is developed.
