Furman I. Legal principles of realization of right for public on access to public information about activity of Security of Ukraine service

Dissertation is devoted to research of legal principles of realization of right for public access to public information about activity of Security of Ukraine service. In-process a reasonable necessity of improvement of concept vehicle of legislation is about access to public information, in particular determination is set forth "access of public to public information about activity of Security of Ukraine service". Maintenance of administrative-legal access of public is exposed to public information. The decision of administrative-legal status of organs of Security of Ukraine service is set forth as managers of public information, namely as totality of their rights, duties, tasks, functions, responsibility, that is determined by the norms of administrative law and realized in administrative-legal relations in the sphere of access to public information.
