Kiy-Kokareva V. Mechanisms of realization of the state social policy of shaping the nation's health and prevention of infectious diseases among the working-age population of a region

Object of the research is the state social policy in the field of Health Care. The aim of the research lies in scientific reasoning of the ways of improvement of the mechanisms of realization of the state social policy of healthy nation formation and infectious disease prophylaxis. The methods of the research are: the complex of the modern general-scientific and special methods and approaches, namely: comparative legal method, structural and functional method, statistical and graphical methods, sociological methods, abstraction and generalization methods. Practical importance of the results obtained lies in the formulated theoretical principles and developed practical recommendations as to the realization of the state social policy of healthy nation formation and infectious disease prophylaxis. Scientific innovation of the obtained results lies in theoretical grounding and development of practical proposition as to the improvement of the mechanisms of realization of the state social policy of healthy nation formation and infectious disease prophylaxis. For the first time it was suggested the complex mechanism of realization of the state social policy of healthy nation formation and infectious diseases prophylaxis. It is improved: the methodological approach to realization of the state social policy of healthy nation formation and infectious disease prophylaxis; state administration mechanism of epidemiological control of flu and acute respiratory diseases among the working population of the region; scientific approach to the problem of normative and legal support of the state activity in the field of infectious disease prophylaxis. It received further development: theoretical understanding of the conceptual basis of the national health formation, ways of improvement of social and economic mechanisms of the state policy realization.
