The processes of ensuring the enterprises competitiveness in the market of specialized machine building products are the research object. The theoretic and methodological, methodic principles of Ukrainian enterprises competitiveness ensuring in the market of specialized machine building products for military use are the research subject. The development of theoretic and methodological, methodic and applied principles of Ukrainian enterprises competitiveness ensuring in the market of specialized machine building products for military use is the research aim. The research methods are: theoretical generalization, grouping, dynamic, statistic and comparative analysis, calculation-analytical, matrix, graphic methods. The method of quantity-quality diagnostics of feasibility exit of domestic enterprises to foreign military markets which is based on the system of assessment indicators which reflect the influence on the Ukrainian enterprises' competitiveness shaping and should be integrated within the respective size of their foreign economic interaction have been firstly developed. The typology and content factors of enterprises' competitiveness shaping in the military market; the mechanism of Ukrainian enterprises' competitiveness ensuring in the market of specialized military machinery; the principle of inter-organizational cooperation in the market of specialized military machinery have been improved. The list of indicators of selection methods of enterprise competitiveness diagnostics, typology of inter-organizational cooperation forms have been developed. The research results have been embedded in the machine building enterprises and academic process. The machine building enterprises are the sphere of author's proposals usage.
