The author examines the theoretical and legal principles of administrative appeal actions or inaction of officials of the state executive service , determines the nature and concept of administrative appeal , its general features and procedure implementation and investigates the definition of the main directions of improving the administrative appeal. The author definies the historical background of the right to challenge acts and omissions of officials of executive service in Ukraine. The meaning of the concept is found out and the main features of the administrative appeal actions or omissions of officials of the state executive service are singled out.
