The dissertation reveals the content of the rights of persons with disabilities in higher education as an object of administrative remedies, formulated the concept of menus and content of administrative and legal protection of persons with disabilities in higher education, it turns out administrative and legal status of public entities administration, which protects people with disabilities in higher education, provides the concepts and elements of the mechanism of administrative and legal protection of persons with disabilities in higher education, it appears the legal nature of the content and menus forms of public administration in relation to administrative and legal protection of persons with special needs in higher education, revealed the contents of the administrative methods of public administration with regard to administrative and legal protection of persons with disabilities in higher education, international experience turns out to be the protection of persons with disabilities in higher education, formulate ways to improve legislation regarding administrative and legal protection of individuals with disabilities in higher education.
