Burtseva O. Strategy of infrastructural development of national economy

Object of the research is the process of state regulation of national economy infrastructural development. The aim of the research is the development of theoretical basis, methodic approaches and reasoning of the practical recommendations as to the formation and realization of infrastructural development strategy. Methods of the research are: systemic and structural analysis, analysis and synthesis, historical and logical methods; method of cognitive analysis; situational approach; statistical and correlative analysis; tabular and graphical method, abstract and logical approach. Practical importance of the results obtained consists in the possibility of their use for defining the state priorities of the infrastructural development strategy in Ukraine and perspectives of further reforming of the branches of economy and territories. Scientific innovation of the obtained results lies in scientific grounding and development of theoretical and methodic approaches and scientific -practical recommendations as to the formation of national economy development strategy with outpacing development of the priority directions of the infrastructure. It is improved: classification of the infrastructure functions in the process of social reproduction; methodic approaches to determination of the condition and trends of development of infrastructural complex of Ukraine and its regions; directions of improvement of the infrastructural complex condition in Ukraine; complex of the infrastructural development principles of the national economy; methodic basis of the key factors determination of the infrastructure accelerated development; conceptual basis of the formation and realization of infrastructural development strategy of the national economy. It received further development: conceptual and categorical apparatus of economy and management of the national economy, theoretical and methodic approaches to modelling of the macroeconomic indexes of Ukraine.
