Nabiev O. Diagnostics of the potential to modernizations subject real sector economic

A research object is processes of forming of potential of industry in the conditions of innovative development of national economy. The article of research is theoretical and methodical principles of diagnostics of potential of modernization of subjects real to the sector of economy. The aim of dissertation work consists in the improvement of theoretical and methodical bases of diagnostics of potential of modernization of subjects real to the sector that will allow promoting efficiency of modernization strategy of development of national economy. Research methods: approach of the systems, economic diagnostics and monitoring, statistical analysis, situational and dynamic analysis, imitation design, theory of fuzzy sets. The scientific novelty of work consists in the improvement of theoretical and methodical bases of the diagnostic going near the estimation of potential of modernization of subjects real to the sector in the context of tasks of innovative development of national economy. Conceptual positions of diagnostics of potential of modernization are first reasonable. It is improved: diagnostic approach in relation to the analysis of resources of modernization of subjects real to the sector of economy; scientifically-methodical approach in relation to the study of strategic landscape of modernization of subjects real to the sector; optimization approach is in relation to the estimation of dependence of level of innovative development of national economy from the parameters of potential of modernization. Got further development: economic maintenance of modernization as to the process of forming of the modern technological mode of industry; conceptual bases of research of category are "potential of modernization of subjects real to the sector"; directions of government control of innovative dynamics taking into account the results of estimation of efficiency of process of modernization of subjects real to the sector of economy.
