Essay

The dissertation deals with the theoretical generalizations and new actual scientific problem solving to determine the clinical efficacy and features influence aerosol interferon alpha-2b to interferon status, humoral immune system and endogenous intoxication in patients with parainfluenza, respiratory syncytial virus and adenovirus infection. Based on the obtained results suggested an improved method of treating such patients by additional inhalation of interferon alpha-2b, which enables to alleviate the clinical course of disease, accelerate the normalization of immunological parameters, significantly reducing the level of endogenous intoxication as a result – significantly improve treatment outcomes.
