Yuriy S. Formation and use of working capital.

Object - the process of formation and use of working capital. Purpose – the reasons of theoretical and practical bases of formation and use of working capital. Methods - of analysis and synthesis, of scientific abstraction and systematic approach; chain substitutions, information-logical, horizontal, vertical, factor analysis, tabular-graphical method, economic and mathematical modeling and statistical techniques, abstractly-logical method. The results - a systematic foundation of theoretical and practical aspects of formation andrational use of working capital. Novelty - deeply clustery-based approaches to justifying optimization-structural options for the formation and effective use of working capital; clarified the term «working capital»; approaches to evaluation factor changes in working capital turnover ratio was improved, the definition of indexes of increase of use of working capital was deeply observed; systematized methods and sources of formation of working capital in the food industry as a whole as well as in the context of organizational and legal forms of management; developed approaches to the development and use of tools efficiency of working capital based on the correlation of expenditure and resource components; outlined directions and approaches to the modernization of working capital management in the process of determining the reserves and optimize the sources of its formation, improving funding and use. Introduced in agribusiness activities of the Department of Regional State Administration in the Ternopil and Chernivtsi regions, of «Chernivtsi Bakery» in the learning process and Chernivtsi Trade and Economic Institute of Kyiv National Trade and Economic University.
