Chmut A. Harmonization of Integration Relations between the Participants of Dairy Production Industry

The object of research is the process of harmonization of Iintegration relations between the participants of dairy production industry. The subject of research is complex theoretical - methodological and practical foundations of harmonization of Iintegration relations between the participants of dairy production industry. This research was made on the basis of use of system analysis, mathematical statistics, analysis and synthesis of expert evaluation . The scientific work is devoted to solve tasks in improvement of the theoretical regulations as well as to work-out methodological foundations and practical recommendations as to the harmonization of integration relations between the participants of dairy production industry. The conceptual model to integrate participants' harmonization is developed. Evaluation of harmonization relations between the participants of vertical integration is offered. Proposed scientific - methodological tools select the type of vertical integration for the dairy enterprise. Improved scientific - methodical approach to the calculation of probable economic benefit of enterprise kvaziintegration with supplier. Scientific results of the study are used in the activities of enterprises: LLC "Teplitski dairy", LLC "Group of Companies" "Sodrujestvo", APC "Borozenske". Particular theoretic methodological developments were used in the activities of the General Directorate of agroindustrial Development of The Odessa region and the General Directorate of Economics of the Kherson region.
