Polyakova N. Policy of circulating assets management of enterprises of housing and communal services

Object of study is the implementation process of circulating assets management in the enterprises of housing and communal services. Research methods: PEST-analysis, SWOT-analysis, theoretical generalization, synthesis, structural and logical analysis, grouping and classification, statistical analysis, forecasting, cluster analysis, correlation analysis. Results: comprehensive approach to the formation of the optimal type of policy of management of circulating assets of enterprises of branch was justified, improved procedure for the implementation of the generalized model of circulating assets management of enterprises of housing and communal services at the regional level, improved terminological device of category "policy of circulating assets management", identifying ways to improve the management of enterprises of housing and communal services in Ukraine, management procedure of basic element of circulating assets enterprises of branch - of accounts receivable and economical applied approaches to accounts receivables management have been further developed. Practical significance of the results is to use the proposed scientific and practical proposals and methodological approaches to improve of policy of management of circulating assets of housing and communal enterprises for improve the functioning and ensuring the strategic development of housing and communal enterprises of Ukraine.
