The thesis is devoted to the need for improvements in the functioning of the sugar mill complex process due to the necessary information in real time , allowing you to take reasonable corrective action. Existing management information systems do not provide a full assessment of situations and prediction of their development to produce technical and economic indices of production. The dissertation uses of scenario - cognitive approach to the analysis of production and decision support in various production situations on the basis of a systematic approach, decomposition procedures for the selection of individual subsystems interconnected intense material , energy and information flows.
