Thesis deals with the theoretical, methodological and practical problems of the underpinning of the regulation and organization of the uniformity usage of the tourism and recreation potential. The patterns of tourism development were investigated; the determinants of demand and supply on the tourist market were identified; the necessity of regulation of the tourism industry in the interest of the country and its regions were underpinned.
