Vinogradov U. Features of forming and use of labour resources are in agrarian enterprises

Thesis deals with the development of theoretical and practical bases of the formation , use and development of human resources in agricultural farms as a means of improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the agricultural production in the conditions of socially oriented market environment in Ukraine. In this paper, in-depth essential characteristic of this category as the potential workforce of farms . Justified influence territorial distribution of the rural population on the formation of labor farms. Based on empirical and statistical estimates prove the existence of the relationship between socio-economic status of rural infrastructure and the level of potential labor resources in rural areas . Improved classification of the factors condition and assess the effectiveness of the utilization of labor resources of farms on the basis of structure- socio - economic , professional - qualification , organizational and spiritual factors that unlike existing , different indicators and mechanisms for their use. Characterized by factors of labor and methodological approaches to the formation and use of labor resources of farms . The condition and efficiency of the use of labor resources and examine the status of staffing of agricultural enterprises , especially justified implementation of organizational-economic mechanism of management of potential labor resources of the agrarian sector in the region. Ways of improving the formation and use of the potential labor force of the agrarian sector , carried out an analysis of demographic and socio - economic preconditions for the reproduction of the labor potential of the village, the state studied rural employment and unemployment in the conditions of the labor market.
