Jubuyriya O. The competence of administrative courts concerning appeal of decisions, actions or inactions of public authority subjects'

In the thesis there are researched scientific-theoretical and practical issues on competence of administrative courts concerning appeal of decisions, actions or inactions of public authority subjects'. There were considered theoretical theses connected with definition of structure and peculiarities of the administrative courts' competence in the context of remedial nature of their activity, there was made an analysis of correlation of the category "competence of administrative court" with such adjoining terms as "jurisdiction", "legal status", "authority", "cognizance" and there was grounded the advisability of theoretical characteristics of the administrative court activity through the research of its competence. There was made a scientific-theoretical analysis of separate elements of the administrative courts' competence.
