Tutskyy Y. The legal regulation of the redemption of land plots for the needs of society in Ukraine.

This dissertation is devoted to the complex study of the legal regulation of the redemption of land plots for the needs of society in Ukraine. It is fulfilled the estimation of the degree of scientific development of the problems of legal regulation of the redemption of land plots for the needs of society. Considerable attention in the research is given to the determination of content of the redemption of land plots for the needs of society according to the laws of Ukraine, historical background, and genesis of legislation development, which governs the redemption of land plots for the needs of society. The objective and subjective composition and content of legal relations in the redemption of land plots for the needs of society is analyzed in details in this dissertation. It is determined the special conditions of beginning, changing, and termination of legal relations in the redemption. It is made the classification of social needs, as a condition of beginning, changing or termination of legal relations in the redemption. There are established the basic provisions of procedural - legal regulations of the redemption of land plots for the needs of society. It is analyzed the contractual and coercive methods of the redemption of land plots for the needs of society. It is proved a number of proposals for making amendments and additions to the legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of redemption of land plots for the needs of society.
