Petchenko M. Adaptive management working capital of utility enterprises

The object of research is a process of working capital management and the sources of their financing for energy supply companies. The purpose of research is a synthesis, development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological tools and to develop practical recommendations for the establishment of an effective system of adaptive management of working capital in terms of variability operating environment supply company in Ukraine. Research methods are: general science, decision theory, critical analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, generalization, comparative, statistical comparison and grouping, time series analysis, spreadsheet, graphics, trend analysis, system approach, economic and mathematical modeling (fuzzy logic) situational analysis, logic synthesis. Practical significance of the results is in bringing the theoretical propositions of the dissertation to the level of specific techniques. The proposed model is adequate, is adaptive in nature and can be used at the strategic, operational and current financial planning power supply companies and companies in other industries. Scientific novelty of the research lies in the formation of theoretical and methodological tools of adaptive management of working capital and the development of practical recommendations for the establishment of an effective system of adaptive management of working capital supply company in Ukraine. Tools to determine optimal decisions on management of working capital supply company, with its built-in logic controller designed for the first time. Scientific approach to the formation of adaptive management and financing of working capital supply company, a methodical approach to the determination of optimal parameters of adaptive management of working capital on the basis of situational management improved. System factors influencing the state revolving funds of public utility companies, the definition of the essence of working capital as the aggregate supply company advances assets in monetary and non-monetary value, and the direction of the categorical apparatus implementing adaptive management of working capital supply company have been further developed.
