Essay

Thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of the creativity as an object of legal regulation and its legal support by measures of labour law. In dissertation legal features of creativity are analised. It is established that creativity has many different meanings such as 1) ability to creativity, 2) creative behavior, 3) labour creative intellectual achievment of employee. Besides, it is defined the notion of subjective right to creativity of employee, as well as its limits, features of law abuse and specific features of its guard and defense. On the basis of performed research theoretical conclusions are developed, changes and additions to current legislation of Ukraine that is sufficient to provide realization of the employee right to creativity.
