The paper defined the essence of the concept of worker participation in management, separating it from the adjacent legal categories clarified the main motives and tendencies of development of employee participation in the management of the enterprise, institution or organization in the world to study the main stages of a right of participation of employees in the management of enterprises, institutions, organizations and highlights some historical milestones; classified the forms of worker participation in the management of enterprises, institutions and organizations. considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the legal framework of the right of workers in company management in the relationship between the employer and the employees.
