Krymchak S. State's bodies as subject of labour law.

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of current scientific developments and norms of international and national regulations; these allow us to determine the nature, concepts, and a public body in the modern system of labor law subjects of Ukraine, find out the specifics of regulation and organization of public bodies as subjects of labor law, identify problems in the area of these bodies and on this basis to develop recommendations for their solution. On the basis of functional criteria government agencies, which are related to the subjects of labor law are defined and described, including: a) the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and its local bodies and b) the State Inspection of Ukraine for work; c) bodies that oversee occupational safety; d) the State Employment Service of Ukraine and e) local state administrations and local councils in the jurisdiction. A special attention is devoted to the definition of measures that will improve the operation of state bodies in the sphere of regulation of labor relations.
