Shklyar V. The formation of anti-crisis management mechanism of water transport enterprises

The thesis is devoted to the consideration of problems connected with the activity of water transport enterprises in unstable market conditions and the formation of anti-crisis management mechanism in order to remove influence of crisis signs. During the research of essence and special aspects of anti-crisis management, the author improved its definition and classification. Impact factors on the activity of water transport enterprises were classified according to macro-, meso- and micro-level. Analytical estimation on modern development and efficiency of the activity of water transport enterprises was performed; cyclic nature of the development of transport enterprises was proved and the forecast on the periodicity of the development of water transport enterprises was made. The anti-crisis management mechanism of water transport enterprises was formed. Its practical use may help in time to prevent crisis signs on the enterprise and minimize their impact in proper lifecycle phases. The algorithm of the type identification of anti-crisis management was developed depending on the lifecycle phase and the performance evaluation of chosen anti-crisis measures. The proper software with programming language Java was developed. Its use helps to save time for calculations, their labor intensity; and to increase objectivity to come to the management decisions.
