Essay

The existence of anisotropy in the orientation of the formed in the subsurface layers of single crystals after ion implantation prismatic dislocation loops was found in the dissertation work. The expressions, that make it possible to take into account the anisotropy in the orientation of the prismatic dislocation loops in calculating of the static Debye-Waller factor E and the extinction coefficient, were derived. The values of static Debye-Waller factor and the extinction coefficient for reflections (444), (888) and (880) and prismatic dislocation loops with Burgers vectors parallel to the directions of the <111>, <110> and <100> types were calculated using obtained expressions. Developed approaches were applied for analysis of crystal structure of subsurface layers of Bi-substituted ferrite-garnet films, implanted by boron ions.
