Essay

Theoretical and applied principles of functioning of recreational economy are considered. The current organizational and institutional mechanism of regulation of investment activity in the recreational sector was investigated. An appraisal of efficiency of investment activity in the recreational sector is conducted. The algorithm for determining the investment attractiveness of the recreational areas is improved. Conceptual model of the investment strategy of development recreational economy, organizational and administrative mechanism of its implement is proposed.
