Object of research: the process of operational control in enterprises of the agricultural sector: To study the theoretical propositions and developing practical recommendations to improve the organization and methodology of operational control to improve management of agricultural enterprises. Methods: dialectical method of cognition, systematic approach, scientific analysis, modeling, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy, specification, historical, logical, scientific abstraction. Scientific novelty: the first time a model of operational control for farms; improved internal operational control regulations in the agricultural enterprises, forms of internal operational reporting, group, business operational control of agricultural enterprises for operational control parameters and their deviations, were further developed warehouse facilities operational control, the interpretation of the concept of "operational control", clarifying the purpose of operational controls, identifying stages of the evolution of operational control.
