Shuhnin A. The legal regulation of financial activity of local self-government organs in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to explaining of the essence of legal category of financial activity of the local self-government authorities system, taking into account the economic role of local finances in providing of vital functions of territorial community. The development of new theoretical positions and scientific practical recommendations in relation to perfection of the legal regulation of financial activity of local self-government authorities in Ukraine were considered in the paper. The concept understanding of science of financial law was improved. The project of Law of Ukraine "About financial activity of local self-government authorities in Ukraine" was scientifically grounded and proposed.
