Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the existing state of the budget legislation of Ukraine and identification of its development perspectives. Particularly, it was analyzed the present approaches to the interpretation of the definition of the budget legislation and it was suggested the author's understanding of its definition and structure; it was clarified the place of the budget legislation in the legislation system of Ukraine. It was identified the terminological problems of the budget legislation, specified the definition of some budget-legal terms and suggested the author's definition of the other terms.
