Zhupina O. Investigation of violent crimes committed by the bodies of internal Affairs during the execution of their duties

The dissertation is a study that examined the problem of investigation of violent crimes committed by bodies of internal Affairs during the execution of their duties. The elements of criminological characteristics of violent crimes committed by the bodies of internal Affairs in the activity are analyzed in the manuscript. Maintenance of law enforcement bodies at an early stage of the investigation of violent crimes committed by the bodies of internal Affairs in the activity, taking into account features of these crimes, common investigative situations and versions, is defined. The complex of the most effective means of solving tactical problems and methods of specific investigative actions in criminal proceedings against violent crimes committed by the bodies of internal Affairs in the activity is proposed by the author. The result of the study is to develop proposals for the improvement of law enforcement bodies in dealing with violent crimes committed by the bodies of internal Affairs in the activity.
