Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the reactions of polyfluoroalkanethiocarboxylic acid amides with phosphorus nucleophiles. It was found that the polyfluoroalkyl chain length, the substituents at the nitrogen atom of thioamide, the presence of proton-donating reagents and the nature of nucleophiles had a significant influence on this reactions. It was proposed methods for the synthesis of new fluorinated aminophosphonate derivatives, 1,3-dithietanes, ynamines and thiopyrans.
