Lysenko K. Functioning of farming and perspectives of its development

The theoretical and methodological reasoning of the perspective options for the development of farming, practical approaches towards setting the optimal parameters, advancing the strategy of the state support have been presented in the present thesis. The issues of the competitiveness of small farms are indicated. These issues are connected to the absence of serving cooperatives which in their turn provide the technological tools and sales of agricultural products. The approaches to the evaluation of farming activity effectiveness are proved with the help of the "COST-PRODUCTION-PROFIT" proportion analyzes. The economic and mathematical models of optimization and planning of the options for effective farming development are elaborated. The indicators of the physical dimension for farming when the cooperative usage of technological tools becomes less effective compared to the strategy of obtaining of the certain kind are established with the help of mentioned above model. The optimal parameters of the different options for investment in the dairy cattle breeding farming are estimated; the scope of the state support of the certain investment projects is proved.
