The thesis examines the nature and the functioning of the administrative court system actors administrative jurisdiction. The essence of species jurisdictional proceedings, namely proceedings on administrative violations, disciplinary proceedings, proceedings for citizens' complaints and proceedings by administrative procedures and clarified the scope of their members. Particular attention is devoted to the subjects of the system of administrative jurisdiction and the essence of its individual elements. Given the branching and complexity of the subjects of administrative jurisdiction, the ways of reform by introducing structural changes.
