Essay

The thesis is devoted to research of the gender component of the attitudes of employers towards competition and partnership. This component is gender mapping is a way of expressing different attitude to workers in General and that of their gender, in particular. Gender schema, thus, are defined cognitive categories of sexual differentiation. By means of these schemes implemented management of information processing, which, respectively, systematized in such a way that the perceived fact of reality is evaluated to be remembered by and interpreted in accordance with the assumptions about gender peculiarities of the object of perception. In the work of the existence of gender differences schemes employers in the public and private sectors. So, the activities of private sector employers creates preconditions for development of competition and partnership, while similar activities of public sector employers deliberately defined gender-schematized stereotypes, in particular, in the area of competition and partnership. The practice of conducting a formative experiment gives grounds to say that it is reflective category of representations of a personality takes the leading place in the professional activity, and allows the person to determine the value of position in relation to itself and its gender schemes.
