Zhmudskyi R. Mechanisms of securing political responsibility in public administration of Ukraine

The thesis analyzes the theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of political responsibility in public administration. It is found out relationship between political responsibility and other types of responsibility in public administration. It is defined criteria of political responsibilities among which are legitimacy, competition, effectiveness, consensus, personalization of authorities. It is justified political and administration mechanisms of securing political responsibility in public administration system of Ukraine, in which point out: institutional, procedural and institutional, moral and psychological. It is analyzed the experience of practical implementation of the principle of political responsibility in public administration system of democratic countries. It is revealed ways of optimizing the mechanisms of political responsibility in public administration system of Ukraine.
