Essay

For the first time, the main clinical and pathogenetic features of comorbid diseases were found by studying the frequency of detection of subclinical signs of vascular lesions in 120 patients with hypertension. It was proved that impaired vascular elastic properties, endothelial dysfunction, systemic immunoinflammatory activation and kidney malfunction influence the flow of hypertension, combined with chronic pyelonephritis. For the first time, the clinical and pathogenetic grounding of Meldonium digidratum and Canephron N together with low-dose antihypertensive therapy was given in patients with comorbid diseases.
