Guseva I. Management of intellectual resources of the enterprise in the market environment (based on materials of oil and fat enterprises of Ukraine)

Dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretic-methodical and practical basis of effective management intellectual resources enterprise in the market environment their functioning. The theoretical and methodological foundations of management intellectual resources enterprises, namely: investigated the relationship between the categories of "intellectual resources" and "intellectual capital", substantiates the necessity of separation of intellectual resources enterprises, defining prerequisite for the establishment and operation of is the existence of market, formed element structure and portfolio of intellectual resources. Soundly methodical approach to the management of intellectual resources in market conditions by using of adaptive model of management and the proposed management subsystem, formalized the basic characteristic features of process management intellectual resources to meet modern market conditions of managing. An analytical assessment of the current state, dynamics, problems, prospects and potential possibilities for enterprise development oil and fat industry of Ukraine. Proposed author's approach to development of the system effective management market intellectual capital enterprises oil and fat industry carried out its approbation and defined the effectiveness of the proposed measures.
