Zhyliak O. The peculiarities of the neuro-humoralic reglation and functional condition of pancreas in children with the functional and organic deseases of intestine and their correction

Object -functional and organic diseases of intestines at children, which associated with infringements of function of a pancreas; the purpose - to increase efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of functional and organic diseases of intestines at children by studying neurogumoral regulation of a functional condition of a pancreas, trace element maintenance and development of informative laboratory - tool diagnostic criteria of defeat and circuits дифференцированой therapies; methods - clinical, tool, biochemical, mathematicaland the results -This thesis is decicated to the question of pancreas diagnostic and correction of its disorders in children with the syndrom of irritated intestine and chronic post-infectional colitis. In this research there are presented the results of clinical-laboratoral and instrumental methods of investigation where children were enlisted. The data was collected about external secretory function of the pancreas of children with the functional and organic diseases of the intestine based on the results generalization of complex examination, indication of the specific enzyme level - fecal elastase. There were established the neuro-humoralic connections interrelations in the intestines and pancrease activity based on the ghastro-intestinal hormon study and VNS condition (cardiointervalography, clinical orthostatic test). As to the study of microelements level (zink, copper, manganese) and calcium and the condition of microbiozinosis of the intestine the mechanism of disorders was faund in the pancreas function in children with constant chronic colitis and irritated intestine syndrom. The effectiveness of inclussion into the complex therapy the probiotic,enzyme drug,vitamine-mineral complex and for correction of the discovered disorders was pathogenetically motivated, elaborated and proved.
