Essay

The object of investigation is fibrous polymer-cement compositions which present the base of dry mixtures with special purpose. The aim of the investigation is providing of the fiber-reinforced polymer-cement compositions properties for dry mixtures with special purpose taking into account rheometric data. Methods of investigation. Rheological investigations have been carried out on the rotating viscosimeter with coaxial cylinders. Physical and mechanical properties have been determined according to the standard methods. The optimum plans of full-scale experiments have been realized. Joining of rheological and experimental and statistic models has been used. The calculating experiments for analysis of correlative connections and search of compromise optimum compositions, have been carried out. Practical significance of the received results. With the help of iterational incidental scanning of the properties recipe fields, the compromise optimum compositions with VINNAPAS® 5014 F, which meet different requirements of the technology and maintenance, have been determined. The composition with the minimum content of this polymer astringent has been used by "Henkel Bautechnic (Ukraine)" company when producing 4 t of the dry mixture for wet coatings of the floors. The economic effect at the expense of change of VINNAPAS type and proportioning, has come to 1173.54 hr. without taking into account the expenses on super plasticizer introduction. When planning the production of 50t of such mixture, the economic effect from the investigation results introduction can come to 14669.5 hr. a year. The additional effect is formed with the customer the expense of energy saving for mixing of the technological mixture at lower velocities. Scientific novelty -the set of the criteria of mixtures behaviour, which are determined by the results of direct rheological measurements, has been offered.
