Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the treatment of obesity associated with food intolerance. To assess the comparative impact of low-calorie diet and elimination diet on weight loss, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism as well as improve the overall condition was made an experiment. It was verified, that the BMI reduction was significantly bigger in patients with obesity 1 and 2 stages compared to the dynamics of BMI on standard low-calorie diet. In patients who followed the elimination diet, there was better dynamics of changes in glycemic and lipid profile, as well as high improvement of the quality of life of patients, compared to low-calorie diet.
