The thesis is devoted to the resolution of a task of current interest to develop theoretical provisions, create scientific-methodical approaches and practical recommendations in regards to the human capital management of industrial enterprises in conditions of economic crisеs. Theoretical principles were studied and concept of human capital management of industrial enterprise in conditions of economic crisеs was developed. А mechanism of human capital management of industrial enterprise in the conditions of economic crisеs, scientific-methodical approaches to the estimation of human capital, to choice of strategy and decision-making in the human capital management of industrial enterprises in the conditions of economic crisеs are offered. The scientific-methodical approache of knowledge management, which allows for a motivational factor was developed. The organizational and analytical support of human capital management of industrial enterprise in the conditions of economic crisеs was developed. An information model of human capital management of industrial enterprises in the conditions of economic crisеs was developed.
