The thesis is devoted to synthesis and studying of properties of carbo-benzenes, carbo-cyclohexadienes and carbo-butadienes with chromophoric substituents. New representatives of carbo-benzenes, carbo-butadienes and carbo-cyclohexadienes with chromophoric substituents were synthesized. The comparing of the properties of obtained compounds confirmed aromatic character of the carbo-benzene core. The synthesis method of 1-(triethylsilyl)-3-[4-(hetaryl)phenyl]-5-(trimethylsilyl)penta-1,4-diyn-3-ols based on the interaction between 1-(triethylsilyl)-5-(trimethylsilyl)penta-1,4-diyn-3-one and lithium derivatives of 1-(4-bromophenyl)-1H-indole or 9-(4-bromophenyl)-9H-carbazole has been developed. The first examples of 1,3-bis-indol-3-ylallenes have been obtained by addition of a 3-lithioindole reactant to alkynyl ketones. The unprecedented rearrangement of the isoindole-1-carbaldehyde core to 1-amino-4-isochromanone has been discovered.
