Primush Y. The assessment of the life cycle stages of the building enterprise

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical concepts and methodical and practical tools for the assessment of the life cycle stages of the building enterprise. The interpretations of terms "life cycle of the enterprise" and "life cycle stage of the enterprise" are specified in the work. The classification of approaches to the "life cycle stages of the enterprise" definition, which allows examining them depending on category essence, is improved and the necessity of the integrated approach to the stages definition is proved. The methodical approach to the life cycle stages of the building enterprise identification based on the index change matrix and efficiency indexes relation of the operational, investment and financial activities of the building enterprise is proposed. The life cycle stages for the building enterprises in Dnipropetrovsk region are identified. The methodical approach to the building enterprise's life cycle efficiency estimation, which, through the use of integral index, allows defining the efficiency of the enterprise's operational, investment and financial activities both at each stage and throughout the whole life cycle of the building enterprise in analyzed period, is developed. The enterprise's life cycle stages stabilization model, which allows achieving the target life cycle stage providing the identification of the most influential internal factors of the efficiency index of the enterprise's key activity on the corresponding stage, is grounded. The stages consistency of the external factors influence assessment of the direct and indirect circumstances of the building enterprise's life cycle, which allows grouping the most influencing external factors on the efficiency indexes of the operational, investment and financial activities of the building enterprise based on the elasticity coefficient calculation and which allows determining building enterprise's life cycle adaptation to the external factors influence, is proposed.
