Essay

The dissertation is devoted to actual problem of theoretical and practical bases of the development of state regulation quality system. The state regulation concept of increasing quality control by GDP growth is offered for this purpose. First developed the space model of the state regulation of quality and using the decomposition method built the structure of the governmental system of quality management and defined a number of objectively existing management tasks. It is offered the method of quality determination taking into account the time factor, which is based on finding the cumulative quality.
