Dissertation shows study results of non hospital pneumonia clinical features in children, who were born with very low body weight. Levels of immunological parameters and interleukins – 1? and 10 and their correlation with clinical features of community-acquired pneumonia severity were determined and it gives possibility them as sensitive markers of inflammation process activity. According to evaluation of some immunological parameters (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16, CD22, CD4/CD8, phagocytic index and IgА, IgМ, IgG) correlation between interleukin - 10 and body weight in infants with community-acquired pneumonia, born prematurely was estimated.
