In the thesis is a comprehensive study of the theoretical and practical aspects of the publication of legal acts NBU acting means implementation of state regulation of banks in Ukraine. In particular, based on the content analysis of state banking regulation, which implements the NBU, it is determined that the legal acts of the NBU are the legal means of such regulation.
