Topchiy V. Investigation of crimes against labor rights.

The dissertation is the first in Ukraine to study theoretical principles and practical methods for investigating crimes against labor rights. The paper is formulated and proved a number of new provisions and opinions relevant to forensic science, investigative and litigation. The concept and the classification of offenses in this category, the content of elements of forensic characteristic. Author determined features of the detection of crime and the initial stage of the investigation. The recommendations for the investigation actions and other proceedings, the use of specialized knowledge and investigative interaction with entities that exercise supervision and control over the observance of labor legislation. These were formulated suggestions for improving norms of legislation in the context of the research subject.
