The thesis is devoted to complex research of actual problems of administrative and legal counteraction against xenophobia in Ukraine. The next items are identified and disclosed in the work: xenophobia as an object of administrative and legal counteraction, the types and forms of xenophobia, characteristic of normative legal acts regulating xenophobia, elements of administrative and legal mechanism for combating xenophobia, the system of administrative and legal entities against xenophobia, police interaction with government agencies and public organizations on issues of counteraction against xenophobia, the concept of means of administrative and legal counteraction against xenophobia, improvement of administrative and legal means of counteraction against xenophobia.
