The dissertation is dedicated to the research and development of theoretical and methodological aspects and applied foundations of the management of company strategic flexibility. Views concerning the essence and role of company flexibility have been studied, the approaches to understanding company flexibility have been distinguished, the classification of company flexibility types has been improved, the categories "company strategic flexibility" and "company strategic flexibility management concept" have been improved, a cyclic process of the formation of company strategic flexibility has been developed.The modern condition and development trends of flexibility in the automobile-producing industry have been analyzed, the prognosis model of the native new automobile market has been constructed, auctorial methodology of the complex evaluation of company strategic flexibility and its profile has been suggested and has been tested on the materials of Ukrainian automobile-producing companies. Methodological recommendations for securing company strategic flexibility have been proposed and the functional model of company strategic flexibility management has been developed.
