Maksimova I. Economic substantiation mechanism of advisability of extraction of unconditional iron ore reserves.

The dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of the economical substantiation mechanism of advisability of extraction of unconditional iron ore reserves as an efficient instrument of increasing economic efficiency of the underground extraction. This thesis researched the economic factors and strategic opportunity of extraction of unconditional iron ore reserves at mining complexes using underground mining methods. Economic core of the meaning of "unconditional reserves" was analyzed and expanded due to substantiation of a new concept of "economic and prospective unconditional reserves". The economic substantiation methodology of advisability of involving unconditional iron ore reserves was improved. The technical approaches of final cost estimation for extraction of unconditional reserves were improved. The index system for substantiation of advisability of unconditional reserves were formed. It includes a number of new parameters of economical efficiency, which led to the improvement of technological approach and estimated economic effect. The thesis shows practical suggestions of economic efficiency and advisability of unconditional reserves extraction using the example of Kryviy Rih Basin Complexes. The research findings were introduced into practical use by the Complexes. Sector - the economy (mining).
