Essay

Dissertation is complex monographic research of criminalistics description and substantive provisions of investigation of illegal sale of drugs. It is marked on the basis of generalization of materials of criminal productions and analysis of the advanced studies, that an illegal sale of drugs is the separate group of crimes in the field of turn of drugs in connection with the specific mechanism of feasance and proving of circumstances of these criminal acts during pre-trial investigation. This specific finds a reflection in the elements of criminalistics description of this variety of crimes, in particular: in description of the article of crime; to description of persons which are engaged in the illegal sale of drugs; to description of methods and situation of illegal sale of drugs; to description of tracks of illegal sale of drugs. An author is also conduct the analysis of connection of criminalistics illegal sales of drugs performance with ugolovno-pravovoy description of this category of crimes. The substantive provisions of pre-trial investigation of illegal sale of drugs which show up in character of the decided tasks in certain situations initial and subsequent the stages of investigation are certain in dissertation, and also facilities of their permission - tactical operations, as complexes of consequence (search) actions. On the basis of analysis of positions of the Criminal judicial Code of Ukraine the features of tactic of leadthrough of separate consequence (search) actions are 2012 years considered: examination of site of occurrence, examination and personal search of person, which is suspected of sale of drugs, interrogations, setting and leadthrough of examinations.
